Welcome to the Institute for the Research of Intelligence Methodology website. These terms define the obligations for using the website and constitute a binding commitment by the user to the Institute for the Research of Intelligence Methodology. The terms in this document apply to the website as defined above.
Use of the website is conditioned upon the user's full and prior consent to abide by all the terms set forth in this document. If the user does not agree in advance to all the terms, they must immediately cease using the website.
Any actual use of the website shall be considered full and irrevocable consent by the user to abide by all the terms of use.
The terms are drafted in the masculine form for convenience only and refer to all genders equally.

The content on the websites operated by the Institute is current and includes publications, articles, research, videos, photos, events, and more.
The content on the website is the full and exclusive property of the Institute for the Research of Intelligence Methodology or of a third party that has granted an exclusive use license to the Institute. The content does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, intelligence-related, or otherwise), and its use is at the sole responsibility of the user.
All content is offered for personal viewing only. No commercial or other use of the content is permitted without prior written approval from the Association. - Limitation of Liability
Use of the website is on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranty.
The Institute for the Research of Intelligence Methodology is not liable for any direct, indirect, and/or consequential damage of any kind that may be caused as a result of relying on the information on the website. - Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights on the website—including design, code, graphics, texts, logos, and images—belong to the Institute or to third parties who have authorized it to do so.
It is forbidden to copy, duplicate, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from the content without the prior written consent and approval of the Association.
Unauthorized use may serve as grounds for taking legal action against the violator. - Links to External Websites
The websites may contain links to external websites. The Institute is not responsible for the content of the external websites and/or their use or for any damage or harm that may result therefrom. The presence of a link does not constitute a recommendation or approval to use them and/or the content published therein. The use of external links is at the sole responsibility of the user. - Privacy Policy
Information Collection: The Institute for the Research of Intelligence Methodology collects personal information that is actively provided by the user during their use of the website, for example, when making contact or registering. This information may include a name, email address, phone number, and any other information the user provides. Additionally, statistical information that is not personally identifiable, such as IP addresses and users' browsing patterns on the site, may be collected automatically to improve the service.

The Institute is entitled to prevent a user from accessing the website in the event of a breach of the terms of use. The user undertakes to indemnify the Association for any damage or expense incurred by the Association due to a breach of the terms of use. - Rights
The Institute is entitled to transfer its rights and obligations to a third party, provided that the user's privacy policy as stated above is not prejudiced. - The Institute reserves the right to change the terms at any time, without prior notice, and the change will take effect from the moment it is published.

- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
